Started at 101.6 Kg at 170 cm tall 28% bodyfat now I am 92-93Kg. I am a male.
I did a ketogenic diet on 1200 kcal though some days I didn't feel hungry and went to 800 kcal a day. I have been dieting for about 6 weeks. For 2 weeks I haven't lost any weight and I don't really think I have lost much fat since I started. My waist is 102 cm. I do HIT cardio 3 days a week with some weight lifting and also walk for at least 30 mins a day. I should be burning through 2400-3000 kcal a day according to all the online calculators I have checked. My BMR should be 1800 kcal a day.
I refed yesterday on about 100 g of carbs and 1700 kcal.
