Staying accountable to myself [day 1]

Hey everyone! I often times struggle with staying accountable to, as the title says myself. Over the last 3 years I've gone from 260lbs to 150lbs back to 172lbs. That took be about a year to lose the initial 110lbs. For references I'm a 5'9 21 year old male. I maintained my weight for a while and started lifting weights. I'm decently muscular at this point but I'm a little chubbier than I'd like. I've been trying to lose weight for the past 3 months but I keep falling off the wagon. There is a certain mindset you have to be in to lose weight. I think the hardest part is putting yourself back in that mindset. For me the actual process of losing weight once you are in that mindset isn't hard. I've been struggling to get back to that mindset so I thought I would come here and try to be more accountable to myself. I want to post once a day with my weight and if I had a good or a bad day food wise. A good day would be under or at my caloric goals and a bad day would be above my caloric goals. Im hoping this will get me back in track. What do you all think?
