Starting really slow but lost 3kg or 6lbs(?)

I was considered big size all my life, at 12 years old and 160cm I weighed 60kg or 132lbs. In an Asian country, I'm considered fat and my mom would scold me. My mom signed me up for mountain climbing when I'm 13 and I lost so much weight, I was 45kg and 162cm. I never maintain that because I'm just not a person to exercise.

So, at 20 years old now, I was at my heaviest which is 78kg or 171lbs and 164cm. My mom basically tells me I'm fat every day and I should do something about it. Since then, my weight would always be about 75kg or 165lbs.

Recently, I read that skinny people just eat to make the feeling of hunger disappear and don't overeat. So I tried that. I eat just enough to make the feeling of hunger disappear, which normally is just half or less than half of the meal. Been doing this for 2 weeks now and I lost 3kg or 6lbs. Note that I don't exercise at all, just cutting down my portion. I am a little shocked tbh, didn't think it would work so well.

I definitely want to lose more weight but not sure where to go from here. If anyone got suggestions on exercises, please suggest, nothing too hardcore tho. I might die. I have no stamina whatsoever.

Thanks for reading. Idk how lbs works so all the numbers are from google, sorry.
