My junior year of college I weighed in at 220 pounds. By the end of my senior year, I was down to 175.
I’m 6’4 and look thin when I’m dressed, but when I’m not wearing a shirt it’s very apparent that I’m carrying extra weight on my core and chest.
I’ve come along way in terms of eating. Up through high school and into college I ate horribly. Never drank water, never ate vegetables (besides corn and potatoes), and was not very active physically. At one point I was probably drinking 5-6 cans of pop a day. I’d love to hear some nutritional hacks for those who are relatively picky and have successful ate away the fat. I don’t care for salads or salad dressing unless it’s heavy on the chicken / salmon.
I want to have a flat or near flat stomach by summer and a more defined chest. Any tips. Pics below.
