Recumbent bike and walking for weight eddects

My goal is to not lose more than 2lbs a week instead of 3lbs. Im tring to create a 1000 calories deficit. MyBmR is 1725 calories, the 20min elliptical I do burns 115-145 calories. More info about me bellow but if you dont want to read that, But my 2 questions are

Q1: I need a better estimate of how many calories Im burning per hour. Fitbit says 290/hr and an overestimate thinking Im on an upright bike, various online calcs tell bs 440/hr or 560/hr. bike sats 650. Im 175lbs ride for 100min non stop around 15-15.5mph (65-70rpm) resistance is about 2lbs

I expected variation like the elliptical but a range range <300cal/hr - 650cal/hr isnt helpful, does anyone have a better range for use?

-----Background fluff
Due to a series of injuries I was barely walking for 6 months, Im 5'7" managed to gain 46 pounds (to 194) I finally got my S* together, went on a 1350 cal diet and added 2hours recumbant bike, 20 minutes on the elliptical daily. burned 3lbs a week for 7 weeks. Based on replies I got from another post, I wasnt getting enough protein and buiding muscle is necessary to me recovery. I bumped my calorie intake to 1650 (tough to get protein without adding carbs ad fat as a vegetarian. I reduced the recumbant bike to 100min a day also got fitbit keep my heart in the fatburn zone 125-120bpm on the recumbent bike
