F 52y 5'7" SW: 212lbs. CW: 158lbs. Goal..... don't know. I'd like to see something under 150lbs but I'm happy where I am now.
I did it! I had signed up for this run months ago and started training. Then, life happened. I stopped going to the gym and stopped walking on the weekends. I'm still active as I have a very physical job and I do all my own yardwork. I have also had a few back injuries in the past two months. 🙁
I decided I was not going to let myself give up. I even completed it within my goal time. This was my first outside run also. All my training had been on a treadmill.
Don't quit when you stumble. Life happens. Just keep moving.
