Today I got home from work and grumped at the loads of laundry I had to do. I take off my work clothes, cuz they need to be washed too, and put on the only clean shirt I could find.
The shirt? My husband's, a 6ft 180lb man. And it fit. In fact, it was a little baggy!
I've been really depressed about not achieving my under 200 by Christmas goal. I've shifted my focus to simply maintaining my CW through the holidays and start back up on active loss again in January. But this was a real boost. It's physical evidence of the progress I've made this year! I've spent most of this year doing 30-45 minutes a day on a stair stepper and keeping meals at a 400 calorie limit, meticulously calculating calories and making adjustments for snacks or days out. This year at the family Christmas I'm hoping for lots of "Wow look at you"s, but next year...next year I'm gonna get back into my regiment, hopefully lose another 50+ lbs as I did this year, and then on Christmas next year I'm gonna walk in and they're gonna be like "Excuse me miss I think you have the wrong house"
