Soda has been my addiction for as long as I could remember, I used to sneak a can or two out of the fridge because we were technically only supposed to have one a day (not that anyone ever followed that rule), There was a dark time maybe three years ago I could easily drink a 2 liter plus several cans in one day and the first time I tried going cold turkey I got so sick I had to leave work early.
Now, it's been a few weeks and I haven't had a sip of soda which is a record for me. I no longer feel like I have to have it everytime I see it and honestly I'm disgusted by just how much better I feel without it. I no longer get headaches or light headedness from withdrawal, I don't get bloated, my teeth look and feel better, hell maybe it's just me but even my face looks a little better.
Next step going to focus on eating better and doing more exercise, haven't been doing my daily walks due to the rain but I need to get as much time in before it gets hot again.
