Hey all, me again! So, I logged everything I ate or drank this past week.

Talk about a wake up call! I knew some of the stuff I was shoving in my face hole was unhealthy, but damn! Seeing how many calories I was consuming just in tasting the foods being prepared by my cooks. Yeesh. But, I am so I credibly thankful for the perspective I’ve been given; and the advice from so many of you lovely people.
This week, I’m adding the goal of eating 1300-1500 calories per day, and planning my calorie budget around work and other life events (such as tonight, where my wife and I go to my Mexican MIL’s house and are offered enough food to kill a horse). Gonna be mixing some fasting in to compensate for those larger days. I’ve had success before with IM, often using sparkling NV water and straight back coffee to suppress hunger.
What are the goals y’all are gonna work on this week?
