use lettuce wraps instead of bread. my recent favorite is melted cheese on chicken with either gaucamole or a tomato with a pinch of pepper on it. in a romaine lettuce wrap. high protein, low carbs, very filling, very delicious.

when you are making salads, add the salad dressing to the bowl when there is nothing but lettuce/greens in it. then mix it around and add the other stuff afterwards. you will get away with using using less but taste it more. if you’re adding chicken or whatever to your salad, it doesnt need salad dressing to taste good, whereas lettuce or spinach or arugula, does. I’m honestly annoyed at how many extra salad dressing calories ive eaten because i didnt do this until recently.

if your face gets puffy, its the sodium.

if you want to drop weight fast, cut out carbs and go high protein and fat. I personally may eat 2300 calories one day and 3200 the next, but if there was a high carb meal in the first day, and the second day was much more protein and fat, I will still wake up thinner after the 3200 calorie day.

a whole canteloupe is a great way to start the day and extend your morning skinny a few hours until you have to eat again.
