For the past 3 months I've been basically not making much progress other than putting on muscle which is good, but not good if im trying to cut fat with it.
My scale when I started was 200 pounds and then I cut down to 175 but now I keep hovering at 185 to 187.
I've been doing keto, going to the gym six times a week, playing volleyball for at least 8 hours a week, regular cardio days because of school, doing intermittent fasting and am always in some caloric deficit. Its a good thing to note that I have hypothyroidism which will somewhat halt my process but I've still been taking my medication religiously.
Does anyone have suggestions? I'm just not seeing the progress and it's disheartening.
