I've got 9 weeks to lose 17lbs and I'm panicking

Obligatory I'm on a phone comment

TLDR if I want to get help conceiving I have to get my BMI below 30 before my appointment and I'm worried I won't make it.

Stats: SW: 212 CW: 191 GW: 174 H: 5'5" 29F

So here's my backstory: I've had a bad relationship with food since I was 16 and my then boyfriend called me fat and wouldn't allow me to eat the 4 days a week I was with him. I was actually a healthy weight then. He also forced me to go to the gym during those days with ridiculous expectations, like if I can do 15 minutes on a cross trainer one day, I had to do 45 minutes the next day. I started to binge the days I wasn't with him to make up for the lack of food and my weight stayed the same because of it. Fast forward a few years and another abusive relationship and I meet my now husband who is amazing and has never had a problem with my weight at all. I hadn't watched my weight or what I was eating for a long time, and then we decided it was time to start trying for a baby. It got to a year of trying and getting nowhere before we saw a specialist, my BMI was about 30 so they put me on a super low fat diet. I few months later I fell pregnant and got a new job at a baby store. I then miscarried at 7 weeks and got fired shortly after (my boss had no sympathy for my situation at the time). I started gaining again and ended up heavier than I had started. I started the diet again and also exercised to the point of injury, but not at a gym, because I can't stand to go in one now. I managed to get pregnant over a year later and now have a healthy 2 year old. We've always wanted two children so we never stopped trying after she was born. About 7 weeks post partum I started getting pain like I was in labour again and was carted off to a&e where they diagnosed me with gallstones, likely caused by my diet and pregnancy. I had my gallbladder out in October last year. I also noticed around then that I was having strange symptoms, like weight gain and hot flashes. I quickly ballooned up to the weight I was when I was 9 months pregnant (212lb) putting my BMI over 35. In January this year, after I paid for a private scan after not having a period for 4 months, I got diagnosed with PCOS. My GPs only advice was to lose weight in order to conceive again, so I started following a whole food diet but I wasn't calorie counting. I lost 5lb in the first week but then maintained for a long time. On my birthday in August I was able to buy a treadmill and started counting my calories. Since then I've lost 21lbs ISH from my highest. I saw the GP at the beginning of December and they finally referred me to a gyno. I have my appointment with them on the 24th Feb but I know they won't help me at all until my BMI is below 30. So that gives me 9 weeks to lose about 17lbs and I'm totally panicking that I can't do it.

My BMR is about 1600. I eat between 1200-1400 a day and exercise every day too. I also try to drink 3 litres of water a day. I take folic acid, a multivitamin with probiotics and turmeric.

Any advice for me to help me lose the weight faster?

Thank you all for reading this monster post. ()
