I’m F17 and 5’5, I weigh around 127. I don’t care about what it says on the scale, I just want my fat to be gone. I can’t wear a lot of things I want to cause my fat just sticks out and I hate it so much. I’m not sure where to start. I did ab workouts almost every night a few months ago but it didn’t do much. I guess it doesn’t work when you have a layer of fat on top which I should’ve known. I know I have to do cardio but I’m not sure how much or what exactly counts as cardio because I cannot run, I hate it so much. And I don’t know if I need to change my diet. I wanna have a flat stomach and also be toned too. Where do I even start?
