I am 5,6.
I weigh 285 pounds.
My waist is 54 inches
My chest is 56 inches
Each thigh is 34 inches
My upper arms are 16 inches
I am 19 years old.
I might not be hungry, but I will eat. If im playing games, drawing, watching a movie, ect. I will eat. Ive noticed my weight is spiralling out of control. Im lazy, I dont exercise, Im fully aware of it. But, I cant stop. Ill try for a week or so, then slowly fall back into the rut. Im not sure how to go about losing weight. I was thinking maybe ill slowly cut out soda, then sweet treats, ect. But I wonder if just cutting it out all at once would be better I have a diagnosed thyroid issue, underactive. Im diagnosed with anxiety as well. Ive been in very bad places in my life that caused me to feel depressed, not clinically diagnosed, but feelings of despair, suicidal thoughts, sobbing at night randomly, ect. I really want to lose weight, but im unsure on how to go about it. Should I see a doctor? I need some help and advice, please.
