Hello there. I am new here so I don't really know what to write here. I am a soon-to-be 20 year old who is desperate to lose some weight. I weigh just under 110 kilograms. Stamina and strength wise I am in good shape, since I try to jog at least once a day. I am a full time student, and since I need to maintain a commercial medical licence I have to lose a few kilograms. Nothing I have tried up to now has worked for me in any meaningful way. So people have any tips, and/or diets they can recommend that don't require having a lot of money.
I try to eat as healthy as I can on a budget of 300 euros every month. I avoid sweets and soda during the weekdays, and during the weekends I might have a big bottle of something sugar free, as well as some potato chips. I avoid fast-food/premade food as much as I possibly can, but it is not always easy as I normally go to school at 8.00 and don't return home before 21.00.
Current diet (time): Breakfast - bread or Müsli 7.30 Lunch - salat from the canteen 11.50 Snack - whatever I have with me, most likely leftovers 16.30 Supper - meat, fish, or any other food normal for dinner 21.00 I will also most days drink about 6 cups of coffee to keep me going through the day, and I try to avoid energy drinks Maybe some alcohol once or twice a month, mostly cider
Stats: Age - 20 in February Hight - about 180cm Gender - male Occupation - full-time pilot student Addictions - caffeine and nicotine (in form of snus, not smoking) Weight - 120kg Goal - 90kg
