Start weight: 165 Goal weight: 135 I was always a skinny kid, so this was normal for me (though im 5’9, i look best when im thin because of how fat is distributed in my body)
I lost all my weight months ago and maintained ir pretty well... but MAN, holidays are rough, with my birthday, thanksgiving, and christmas all in the span of about a month.
Honestly I’m disgusted with how much I eat out of stress and boredom. My weight’w back up to 140 lbs, so I made this post as a sort of way to “keep myself accountable” so I can get back on track to being happy and healthy again.
Hopefully having this post up until I lose my extra weight will help me stay away from mindless snacking!
