I have been working out for 4 years now, My body has good amount of muscle mass not that much but the problem is that I have high amount of fat stored on my body specially on my chest and overall mid section.. Other parts of them body is fine.. Problem is when I try to fat loss my body looks skinny but still has that fat on chest and mid section... I lost around 35-40 kg fat in the past but it was long time ago My height is 6.1 and weight is 90 KG (Don't know in Lbs).
Is there anything that I should do or change my workout plan BTW I workout 5-6 days a week. Is there anything you guys want to ask more I will definitely reply.. BUT PLEASE HELP!!!
