I've started going to spin class and when I use the lower handlebar drops my knees hit my belly. My bike is adjusted properly and my knees don't go above my hips, but my belly sticking out prevents me from dipping down to get more power. Because of this I have to keep the handlebars up a bit more.
I can't wait until I lose it. Maybe I'll transition to cycling outside. I've been watching a lot of cycling videos and it seems like such a nice community.
But I can't do that without getting fit first, for safety. Watching pro cycling is motivating me even though I'm obviously not going to be one.
I hope you find some motivation today.
