I lost a decent chunk of weight after highschool with no real goal in mind and plateaued at about 75 pounds down, in and out of the gym the whole spiel. I had played with the idea originally but never set hard goals to it but last year I subbed at a softball tournament and it was the most fun I had in years. I have always had a love for baseball ever since I was a little kid but I quit around the age of 16 sort of because of ability and sort of because I was so out of shape. I have decided this year i'm going to play hardball again, I miss it and I certainly am not accomplishing anything by sitting around saying I wanna play and not doing anything about it. So I guess basically I am posting this because I gotta say getting back in the gym with a real goal in mind has felt so good and I am hoping me sharing this plan with you all will add an extra layer of accountability
Nobody is gonna do anything for us so lets get out there and make it happen!
