How to stay focused when you've had a disappointing weigh in?

F29 5ft7 SW: 262 CW:250

I've only been at this for three weeks. I've felt so proud of how we'll I've been doing. Saying no to the things I've not been able to say no to in the past, not over eating, accepting that I don't have to be stuffed at all times. I'm weighing myself weekly. The first two weeks I lost 5 lbs and was thrilled. I've weighed myself this morning and only lost 1.5lbs.

I know its still a loss and I should be happy, it's just I feel like I've tried so hard this week and achieved minimal. I don't want to give up but right now I want to binge out of disappointment.

How can I stay on track?
