I don't feel the urge or need to eat, I can very easily have very low caloric intake. I was planning to just have water and multivitamins, but I've read a bit about starvation mode
Any advice? I'd like to go as fast as possible, calorie counting is no problem. Most of my calories are from juice, I don't eat much. The only thing besides drinks is bread

I weigh 215 lb, I'm female, and im 6'1 or 186 cm. I eat a lot of food and I dont put on any weight, I gained all of my weight in a few months because of a certain medication. Besides that I dont gain a lot of weight, my metabolism is very good
I dont move outside of my house, exercise is not possible for me due to certain circumstances I'd rather not explain
