First post on this account and a throwaway, but I’m female, 179cm (roughly 5’10.5”), and 19 years old. I am really insecure about my weight to the point where I stopped weighing myself years ago. I would say I’m probably around 200lbs, which probably isn’t that bad, but for myself, I want to lose weight. I’m a college student, so I’m constantly either studying, sleeping, or having really unhealthy eating habits (either forgetting to eat or stuffing my face). Not to please others, but because I want to do it. I just don’t know where or how to effectively start!!! When I was younger I had a much healthier lifestyle and diet, but I find it hard to incorporate that into my limited time these days. Any advice on best ways to start and keep at it are greatly appreciated :D
