Hey everyone! New to this community, Never posted before 👋🏻

I’m 5’1 male, 20, want to lose weight cause I’ve really let myself go over the course of my past college semesters. I used to go to the gym a lot but no longer do, as my sleep schedule is terrible (4-5hrs of sleep on average) and I feel too tired to go. Heart rate accelerates when have about 25lbs to lose, and really just need to cut back on eating so much junk (pie,cake, pizza,milk w/cereal, and chips are my biggest culprits) . Looking for some support, and will share my results on the “Exante” diet ( a vlcd diet program) for anyone that is interested in that. I will be supplementing additional protein and lifting weights as well. Hope to make some new friends here :)
