Help getting back.

Okay so I've been working out steadily for 3 years now and I was pretty happy with my physique 3 weeks ago. I'm a futsal player and practice 2 times a week and I lift 4 days a week. My birthday was last month, November 24th and I had a pretty good time, cake, a lot of food and a couple of drinks.

We had arranged a trip to Port Saint Lucie, FL for Thanksgiving starting the 25th and after a long year of A LOT OF STRESS, I decided that was going to be pretty much my vacation. I had the burger here and there, the Popeyes here and there and I wasn't really doing my intermittent fasting anymore or tracking calories and macros like I always did. I did play basketball a couple times and took the L-Carnitine I brought with me 2 times a day (a few calories burned are better than nothing) and hit the outdoor bodyweight gym about 2 times. After the trip was over (on the 4th) I decided it was a good idea to go back to my mom's house up until 12/24 because I don't live with her and wanted to spend more time with her.

First thing I did was sign up for a gym and find a futsal court (luckily I found both close by!) and started working out or playing pickup every day I could (About 7-8 days total from the 5th up until today). However, though I wasn't completely back on track with my diet I wasn't eating as bad as I was back in PSL. 3 days ago, looking at myself in the mirror I felt I had just turned skinny fat, I felt I had moobs, love handles, more stretch marks, can't see my abs anymore and I have a gut (might be a lot of water retention)... I feel like a mess. It is curious because I've always been the first one to tell everybody that a little vacation wouldn't hurt anybody, I've never been so wrong.

Worst thing, I have a beach trip on January 3rd and I wanted to have my beach body on point, seems like its not going to be possible. Anyways, 3 days ago I got back on track, counting macros, tracking calories, cardio and heavy weights. I can't wait to go back home, I feel I'm not making any progress here in this town. This vacation has made me not want to go on vacation anymore, its crazy how a few weeks of relaxation and party just f's up years of training and discipline.

To finish it up, y'all got any tips, recommendations or anything I could do to lean out again? I started taking green tea fat burner, it might help. Also, I will start replacing one meal with a Sascha Fitness protein shake like I was doing before before vacation and start taking Fit9, BCAAs, (from the same brand) and keep taking L-Carnitine supplements. I was standing on 72kg, 12% body fat before vacation (I know I'm not huge, I'm a futsal goalkeeper and need to be fast, I also enjoy more Cristiano Ronaldo-like body types more than The Rock-like body types) I'm not sure where I'm standing right now. Send help.

TL;DR: I went on a big vacation splurge and feel I've lost years progress, want to lean out again as soon as possible, send help.
