Feeling very discouraged, need some sanity

I've lost 10lbs recently at a daily deficit of 1000cal and I've begun exercising more often, I think I really started about a week or two ago. I've been weighing myself when I wake up and the past couple of days I've been gaining weight. I'm a very diligent (not v. precise, I tend to overestimate when unsure) logger and I know that day to day weight gain is normal, but seeing myself "gain" back .5-1 lb some days is really discouraging. Can you guys reassure me that I am indeed still on track and that this is normal? Or am I actually overeating and I'm just tracking incorrectly? I'm determined to keep going and I know I should only be losing 2lbs/week and the first couple weeks were water weight, but sometimes it's hard to tell yourself the logical thing and it's easier to hear from others.
