F 21 5’3 / CW: 165 / Goal weight: 130-135~ Workout Advice

My ultimate goal is to be healthier and toned by June which is when I’m planning a vacation, that doesn’t mean that I’ll be my goal weight but just enough to see a bit of a difference. I’m available to go to the gym about 4 times a week, maybe more it depends on the type of week I am having (I’m a full time student). I want to know what type of workout is the most optimal for my goal, a full body workout or following a PPL routine? I want to focus on lifting and doing HIIT a couple of times a week. If anyone can please send me some recommendations for any full body workouts. I’d really appreciate it, thank you!!
