Start with the basics here; 24 year old female, moderately active job (busy vet tech working 4 10s). I workout 3x a week with HIIT cardio and a day of weights. Laat year I dropped 30 lbs and at the beginning of the year i was at 190. I weighed myself this past Sunday and I am at 220. I gained 30 lbs back over the year despite my constant calorie tracking and gym/exercise/mountain climbing/activities I did. It's so hard to know that my body did this and I am devasted with myself. I couldn't even get out of bed this morning and haven't eaten much. My last hope is to down my calories to 500/day and increase my exercise to 5x a week. At this point, I've lost all hope.
