Day (1) I am 24 and almost 220 pounds and decide to quit sugar and other junk food.
I tried thrice to quit but things have distracted me, but now since I am hell dedicated and found this awesome subreddit to post my daily progress just so that I can be accountable on daily basis, I will try to post each day. I will try to run a few times in a week, have seen many similar posts which got me motivated so I started this.
Will eat only fruits as much as possible and home-cooked food will avoid rest
