Any Tips for Gluttons Like Myself?

First time posting on here, but I’ve been an avid lurker. This board finally gave me some motivation to lose weight. I know my family and friends mean well, but it doesn’t help having people tel me I’m fat or that they think I shouldn’t eat something. It just makes me depressed about my size and want to eat even more. Anyways thanks to this board I started as a male at 375 pounds (I know Big Chungus out here), but I’m now down to 345 pounds after four months. I want to keep going to my goal weight to maintain which is 240 pounds. I have one glaring issue that is my absolute bane. How do I stop myself from over eating? It’s like as soon as I eat something my mind and body both tell me that I need to immediately eat something else, and I guess my self control has been lacking heavily. Is there anyway I can improve self control or at least tricking my body into thinking that the things I plan on putting in it are more than enough. Thanks for the time and here’s to another four months and another 30 pounds.
