Hello losers,
It's hump day. Getting after it. Weird head space. I hope you're kicking ass!
Weight by end of month (217 - 214 lbs, preferably trend weight): 215.4 this morning, 216.3 trend weight.
Stay within calorie range: I got riced cauliflower risotto to add to my meal prepped lunch today, no regrets it was so tasty. 4/4 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: Went out on errands at lunch & want to do strength or HIIT tonight. 4/4 days.
Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: So. Again. Struck with AWFUL Mcdonalds breakfast cravings (and why, I don't even really like their breakfast). So, again, coffee instead even after looking over the calories online for Mcdonalds. Crawling along. 3/13 allowed.
Self-care time (drawing, journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): Therapy appointment tonight. I'm exhausted & feeling a bit depleted so that's good.
Try a new recipe once a week: Smoky black bean soup from dry beans. I'm eyeing a Mexican lentil soup & maybe lentil tacos for a potential meal prep/dinner plan. 1/5 weeks.
Finish The Body Keeps the Score: I'll see about getting after this before bed. My dreams have been on fire for over a week so I'm hoping it will help.
Note something jolly every damn day: I was in a Target grumbling about paying too much for fucking tights I'm going to run the first time I wear (SPOILER ALERT - that's every pair of tights I have ever owned) & saw them putting out holiday stuff. Including a four foot tall unipeg. I booped it & hope it makes someone's holiday fucking fabulous because it's amazing.
