Hey losers,
Running late tonight, busy day!
Weight by end of month (217 - 214 lbs, preferably trend weight): 217.0 this morning. Again. Good.
Stay within calorie range: Good work today, under goal. 12/13 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: Lots of steps today. 12/14 days.
Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: Started the day with a black tie mmm. 8/13 allowed.
Self-care time (drawing, journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): I had a fucking weird morning. And moved on with my day because I had business to conquer!
Try a new recipe once a week: Smoky black bean soup from dry beans & Mexican red lentil stew so far. Not sure what's on the docket next. Not gonna lie, probably going to do chili for my meal prep so I'll have to try some creative dinner recipes! 2/5 weeks.

Note something jolly every damn day: I shopped for stocking stuffers & it's my favorite. :)
