Making a lot of major changes to my diet and starting to target 10,000 steps a day. Currently I just use my phone to track my steps, but as I’m a month out from Covid and have some lingering health issues, I’d like to keep track of my heart rate, etc. to make sure I’m not pushing myself too hard.
Debating between adding an apple watch to my phone plan or picking up a fitbit. I’d love to know if it actually made a difference to you to be able to monitor your calorie burn/steps on a daily basis.
