I'm officially 15kg down. Now I'm wondering whether to amend my goal weight as I'm really stoked with my current weight (around a size small, Australian 10-12, 155cm, 63kg, busty E cups).
I have been as low as 54kg in my 30s but at 43 I'm leaning towards staying put where I am right now. Look to do some conditioning exercise to firm up the middle.
Any other ladies faced with this in their 40s? Post hysterectomy, my body just sits different.
