Long time watch here. I just weighed in this morning. I am 15 pounds away from my goal! Thank you so much for the support and love that you show on a daily basis.
My plan is, basically, IF with Keto, though I’m not terribly strict on keto. And 100 oz of water a day. My job and lifestyle keeps me from being strict on that. But we adjust! I also try to go to the gym 4-5 days a week. Weight machine, kettlebell work, then at least 40 minutes of cardio.
Reading this sub keeps me accountable and hopeful. Thank you!
