Exercise 5 days a week (strength work 3 days a week): 30 minute lunch walk, 30 minute stationary bike & strength work. I didn't think we'd make it to the gym but we did, so lots of activity today. 1/1 days.
Nanowrimo -1,666 words a day(replacing the journal goal for this month): 5157/1666 words.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for spending more time feeling alive & happy lately. Also, apple season is upon us & for that I am so grateful.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I choose to drink lots of water & get lots of activity in.
