Why aren’t themed gyms a common thing ?

Just a random question for fun lol I understand gyms are normally a neutral place where everyone would go, but I feel like in major cities there are more than enough normal ones for more niche ones to open.

Imagine a superhero themed gym where you can pretend you’re training to save the world. An anime style gym where you are trying to get stronger to defeat your opponent. A video game themed gym where you train to beat your final boss.

I would love a Barbie themed gym where everything is over the top pink and sparkly. A zombie apocalypse themed gym where you have to get stronger to kill zombies.(zombie’s run did this in app form. I LOVED running to it in my creepy dark backyard at night, but I moved out. Now running in a city with it isn’t as immersive so I lost interest.)

Colorful playgrounds for adults? Obstacle courses? Maybe Mario themed

Would any of you guys enjoy something like that? I feel like so many adults love video games, theme parks etc, doesn’t make sense why this doesn’t already exist. Most gyms are so sterile and such a chore for people who hate working out. When we were kids it seems like being active was way more fun.

Edit: I understand that it’s probably too niche to likely be profitable, I’m just dreaming out loud. Also marvel is so popular right now I can’t imagine if there was a marvel themed gym it wouldn’t be popular. Again I know they would never open gyms I just wish they would lol.
