Weight Loss for Everyone: Ive been feeling extra sleepy and lazier when I started doing calorie restrictions. Any advice?

Ive been feeling extra sleepy and lazier when I started doing calorie restrictions. Any advice?

Its been almost 20 days now since I started calorie restriction of 1200cal everyday. My TDEE is 1600 and I was told that i need to subtract 500 from that to lose weight. I was gonna go for 1100 but I was told that's dangerous. Whenever I login my food to myfitnesspal, I sometimes add an xtra +100 cal on food that is not accurately the same as the recipes available just to make sure I'm not eating extra. For example, I made a simple burger with 2 slices of whole wheat loaf, it contains 2 20cal ham, a burger patty, an egg and a slice of cheese. I logged it in as 600 cal even though im not sure. That already took half of my daily calorie intake. Despite getting decent sleep, I always feel sleepy, this is unusual because I don't sleep at the middle of the day before this. Now i take naps around 1-3 times a day just so I can do some school work. Is it possible that I am eating way less? Ever since starting almost 3 weeks ago, my weight from 73kgs has gone done to 66.5 kgs today although im sure water weight could be a huge factor with that huge difference in a short time. Yes I am happy with the lost and I've already notice my clothes getting looser but my goal this time around is to remain healthy while doing calorie restriction.
