Does anyone else just get tired of it all?

For context, I have lost 45 lbs over the last 6 months though a combination of healthy calorie-deficit eating and moderate exercise. I am now within a healthy BMI for my height to give you a frame of reference. I feel in general better, but not as great as I expected to after losing that much weight. I look better, which is nice, but I really am tired of preparing, analyzing and counting everything I eat. The obligation of it all is…exhausting. I have recently been wondering if I am really that much better off than I was 45 lbs ago and is this really how I want to spend my time for the next 40+ years of my life.
