I'm 24F, my current weight is 125 lbs (Height - 5'2) and I've lost almost 70 pounds over the course of the last 6-7 yrs mainly with a calorie deficit. While the rest of my body seems fairly toned, I have a belly overhang about 2-3 inches that just won't go away. I used to strength train until a few months back but even though my weight reduced, the belly hadn't budged. I currently don't have a strict workout routine but I'm hoping to re-start gymming very soon.
Will the apron belly atleast get smaller if I lose some more weight (in a healthy manner) along with workout ? I'm extremely scared to get a tummy tuck/lipo, so I want to know if there's any way I can atleast tone that pooch a little without surgery? Does fat freezing work?
I recently got married and it's hindering my sex life as well because I feel so ashamed of my tummy, I can't bear the thought of anyone looking at it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated :")
