19yrs male 5’'10 86kg/189 pounds and im eating 1800calories. I train 5 times a week following phat program and i do 15-20min cardio after every workout. I started at 100kg/ 225pounds. A few weeks ago i did a diet break just to find my maintnance and it is at 2000kcal. Im currently eating 1800kcal but cant seem to lose weight anymore. Im already pretty starved so i really don’t want to lower my calories… do i need to do more cardio? I work alot so i dont have much more time.
This is what a typical day of eating looks like, if anything is off let me know😁
Breakfast: 3 eggs, 250gr egg whites and some spinach
Lunch: 200gr boiled potato and 250gr ground chicken and some salad
Snack: apple
Dinner: 100gr oatmeal with a banana and protein powder
And i fill the rest of the calories with what i want (uasually low calorie dense food because om sooo hungry)
