Day 27 holy sheep! October is going by so fast!
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Better! Still holding water. But getting stronger every day!
1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): On it!
Exercise 5 days a week: 35 minutes of walking & I'm about to do some upper body strength mixed into stationary bike. 23/27 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Little bit during lunch.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for the lovely lunch walk I had, even if it was windy as heck, there's something very lively about feeling the wind trying to take your scarf.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I drank lots of water & kept on keeping on. Feeling a bit more optimistic about life & that's worth noting!
