I'm currently 6'2, male and weigh around 168. I mostly drink water, Gatorade and tea at home. I usually eat whatever but not whole lot and mostly meat most of the day. Aswell I walk around a couple miles to my local gym, to which I mostly do some cardio and then sets of Abdominal crunches and shoulder presses. I'm just starting out, so getting some advices would be helpful. Generally I've always been told I've had a healthy weight, but my belly always felt wrong with me, I'm not really trying to get bulked up or get alot of muscles but just get more lean in general, being able to squish fat less.
