Had to unsubscribe from all food related subreddits and blogs

I love cooking, but I just couldn't take it anymore. I'm stuck at the moment, not making any progress, and I've actually gained some weight back. Seeing all those food related discussions, pictures and recipes was too much of a temptation and I would costantly think about what to eat, what to cook and how good it would taste... not helpful at all. Cutting all food related content from my social media was tough, somewhat like losing an interesting hobby, but I hope it will help me in the long run. Did anyone else run into the same problem? Did you delete all food related content from your social media, and was it helpful to you?
