so for the past 2 weeks, ive been counting calories, and for the past month or so ive been going on 30 mins walks with some running involved and ive seen no progress. i know its only been a couple of weeks but i want to see progress, and im wondering why im not.
about me: im female, i weigh 91kg, im 4'9. My goal weight is around 65 - 70kg by the end of Feburary. Calories wise, ive been trying to eat only around 1000 calories a day, although some days its hard to keep track of how many calories i eat due to family, etc but for the most part id say ive been tracking pretty well.
i just want some advice on how to see progress for eg: do i have to eat less calories, do i have to be more strict, do i have to workout more etc
i really want to look better and overall feel better about myself, so any advice is welcome. :)
