Hi everyone, so I'm 5'2 and I've been maintaining at 126-128 lbs for a few months now. My goal is to get down to 110.
For backstory, at the beginning of January this year I was 137, but after a breakup I decided to make a few lifestyle changes and eat healthier.
I recently started running (from ~1month-ish, around 2-3 miles, 4x a week nothing crazy) and it was going great until suddenly I developed a voracious appetite a couple weeks ago and just could not stop eating! Now, my day seems to revolve around food. I'm trying to focus on my work and school but it's getting worse. I gained weight again (128 now) and I feel really defeated. I really want to discipline myself and go about this the right way. So if you're a short woman whos been in a similar situation, how did you go about losing the weight?
I'd appreciate any advice or tips in general!
