In September of 2017 I stepped on the scale and saw my weight hitting 300 for the first time. I reeled back and was determined to make a change, over the next year and a half I lost 115 pounds and felt on top of the world. Then nursing school came.
Within the first year I gained forty pounds, lost some over the summer and began gaining again over the next school year. This April I got into my first serious relationship, and with it came eating out and treats, a lot of treats.
Since April I have gained 70lbs and am dangerously close to hitting that 300 mark again. I am determined to lose the weight again, with the resolve to never gain it back again.
