Alone time to word vomit into journal: Nope.

Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for the weekend ahead. Also tasty roasted vegetables. Still also really enjoying the recently procured vehicle. Sun roofs are a must have for me from now on.

Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I drank lots of water & remembered my vitamins.
