Plateauing after 3 months - How can i break it?

Hello folks,

Sorry to add another post about plateauing to the many out there, I've (27M) been plateauing since the beginning of September. I started on the first day of June, weighing in around 250lbs and have now dropped to 215lbs. for those 3 months i did nothing but stair masters during my lunch break for an hour burning approximately 900-1000cals each day (as so my fitness watch says). Starting September, i took up outdoor cycling and have been doing 15 miles (burning 800+ cals) during my break and 30-40 miles on Saturdays and Sundays.

Since the beginning of my journey, i have tried my very best at eating clean food, taking in appox, 1500-1800cal per day. Just smoked chicken thighs (skinned and boneless) with adobo sauce, other spices, and rice or broccoli. i'll occasionally have a small snack like popcorn once a week and fluctuate between 215-218lbs.

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong that's causing my plateau. Could it be the change to cycling? am i eating too much? I'm not sure., but if anyone could give me some advice or wisdom i would greatly appreciate it!
