I'm a male 28 years old 102 kg (224 lbs) and 176cm (5'7). Been around or above 20% bodyfat for long time, sometimes i'm 21% BG sometimes i'm 26% bodyfat and more heavy.
I don't understand why i can't stop eating so much in one meal. I can eat 1 kg of skyr (yogurt) then easily 1 pringles and snack. Even sometimes i come home eat 1 can of pringles and whole 16 inch pizza It's like my stomach is endless, i can eat eat and eat. My belly sticks out a lot. Yesterday i ate 2 ben n jerry ice cream cookie dough and 12 hot dogs within 2 hours, that was over 3000 calories. But before all that at work i ate 610 calories (110g protein) skyr/yogurt.
I just wanna cut my weight down but i also love eating food and a lot of it. It's like i feel better eating to much then working out hard to not go over 25% bodyfat. Honestly i like to eat, sometimes even after eating too much i still don't feel full
