Feeling a bit frustrated at the situation, I've been on a diet for a month now. Doing a mix of keto and fasting, with a decent calorie deficit. The first few weeks was a steady decline in weight, I went really hard on the fasting and was happy with the results. People on here told me I was starving myself, so I decided to up my calorie intake a bit and now I've hit a plateau this last week. I was thrilled to see my weight finally hit 279 yesterday, but then it bounced back up to 280.4 today.
I'm counting my calories very strictly so I really just don't get it. At my weight and at this much of a calorie deficit I should be losing a pound every day or so, but I'm not. I'm so damn tired of being at this size, I'm trying to be patient with myself but it's moments like these that make me wonder if there's something wrong with my body? It should be simple math right? Everyone goes on about CICO stuff, so according to that I should be losing a pound every other day at the minimum but instead I'm stuck.
I also walk 10k steps at least every other day, so I don't understand why my body is stuck at this weight. I'm definitely not eating at the TDEE for my current weight, so what gives?
